Overview

LEEP is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Program Manager to lead multiple country programs, with a primary focus on Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with policymakers across ministries and agencies
• Support the development and implementation of lead paint regulations
• Engage paint manufacturers across target countries
• Conduct paint studies, including sourcing samples and coordinating laboratory analysis
• Design and implement country-specific program strategies
• Identify and recruit local consultants or partner organisations
• Participate in team meetings, check-ins, and organisational initiatives

Requirements

• Strong alignment with LEEP’s mission and values
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Proven ability to manage relationships across diverse groups
• Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is an advantage)
• High level of initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving capability
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
