Overview
LEEP is seeking a motivated and adaptable Recruitment Associate to support talent acquisition across multiple countries. This critical role focuses on ensuring efficient hiring processes and building a high-performing team aligned with the organisation’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job descriptions, postings, and candidate sourcing.
- Screen applications and support candidate evaluation processes.
- Coordinate interviews and communications between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support preparation of offer letters, reference checks, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and track key metrics.
- Maintain organised recruitment documentation and systems.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Support development of structured hiring practices such as interview frameworks and evaluation tools.
- Act as a liaison between recruitment and internal teams.
- Provide general operational support as required.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of professional experience.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, applicant tracking systems).
- Fluency in English.
