The LEO Foundation Dr Abildgaard Fellowships offer substantial five-year grants of DKK 12 million to emerging research leaders in skin science. These fellowships aim to support researchers in establishing or expanding their independent research groups at Danish institutions, fostering innovation and advancing the understanding of skin biology and diseases.
The program targets talented, emerging research leaders (Danish and international) with 2-8 years of research experience post-doctorate. Candidates must be committed to conducting their main research activities at a Danish university, hospital, or nonprofit research institution and must be ready to propose innovative, high-impact research in skin biology or disease.
