Overview

Sydani Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced LGA Supervisor to join the TRACK-Zero Project in Sokoto State, Nigeria, focused on improving immunization coverage for zero-dose and under-immunized children.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate state and LGA-level activities for effective implementation of TRACK-Zero initiatives.
Supervise and provide guidance to ad hoc field staff during vaccination and enumeration exercises.
Engage and collaborate with community structures, local leaders, and stakeholders to strengthen outreach and mobilization.
Monitor field activities, compile reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve program outcomes.
Support planning and logistics for immunization campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with project protocols.

Requirements

Diploma, HND, or Degree in a relevant field.
Demonstrated experience in coordinating enumeration, vaccination, or immunization exercises.
Strong leadership, organizational, and reporting skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hausa.
Ability to work effectively in the community and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
