Key Responsibilities

• Monitor pipeline health and team performance using data to improve recruiting processes.
• Serve as an escalation point for recruiters and hiring managers, helping resolve issues.
• Contribute to the Recruiting leadership team by providing insights into hiring trends.
• Utilize AI to enhance recruitment efficiency and automate repeatable tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in full-cycle recruiting, preferably supporting business functions like Finance or Legal.
• At least 4 years of experience managing recruiting teams.
• Ability to build effective recruiting strategies and trusted partnerships with leaders.
• Strong leadership skills, data savvy, and creativity.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience using AI in recruitment processes.
