Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, retain, and develop top pre-sales talent across the UK.
• Partner with sales teams to ensure success in accounts ranging from mid-to-large enterprises.

Requirements

• 3+ years Management experience, ideally in pre-sales, with distributed team management preferred.
• 2+ years of pre-sales experience, with strong commercial skills.
• Software development background.
• Driven with a strong desire to make an impact.
• Skilled in managing time and resources with a sound approach to technically qualifying opportunities.
• Intelligent with an aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility.
• Coachable and receptive to feedback.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Database industry background is a plus.
• Experience across the UK market.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
