🎯 Role Overview
The Marketing Associate will play a key role in driving the bank’s retail business growth by promoting financial products and services, engaging customers, and supporting business development activities. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote retail banking products and services to prospective and existing customers
• Drive revenue generation through customer acquisition and relationship management
• Handle cheque pickups and support revenue collection activities
• Prepare call memos and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions
• Develop and maintain a target market list to support sales strategy
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding banking services
• Assist in loan documentation and ensure proper processing of customer requests
• Collaborate with team members and support the Unit Head in achieving business goals
• Perform additional duties as assigned within the scope of the role

✅ Requirements

• Minimum of HND/BSc with Upper Credit or at least Second Class Upper (2:2)
• Age: Not more than 30 years
• 1–5 years of relevant work experience in marketing, sales, or banking
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales and service delivery
