Twilio is seeking a Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager to play a crucial role in the global marketing organization. This position requires turning strategic vision into operational reality through effective management of processes and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies and operational frameworks.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze complex marketing performance data, uncover trends, and provide actionable reports for leadership.
• Analyze the Funnel: Identify opportunities to improve the marketing funnel, optimize measurement foundations, and evaluate funnel performance metrics.
• Operational PMO: Oversee Marketing project management and translate corporate goals into measurable project roadmaps.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication between Marketing & GTM teams.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Management Consulting within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work across matrixed teams and drive project completion.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency with business intelligence tools and a strong focus on data storytelling.
• Technical Fluency: Understanding of data architecture, API integrations, and core business metrics.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic settings.
