Overview

The role of Senior Frontend Engineer at Brex involves working across the entire Brex stack to create and maintain new products, features, and tools to help scale the company. Brex is an intelligent finance platform enabling businesses to manage their finances more effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to build new features and products.
• Work closely with user-facing teams (Sales, Support) to understand customer needs.
• Design and implement experiments to improve customer experiences.
• Own problems end-to-end, considering user experience, data models, scalability, operability, and ongoing metrics.
• Tune and polish features to a high degree of excellence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience with modern frontend technologies and tools like ES6+, React, TypeScript, and Webpack.
• Experience architecting, developing, and testing client-side code end to end.
• Experience developing client-facing software products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Uphold high engineering standards.

Benefits

Brex offers a hybrid work environment requiring a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, with up to four weeks of fully remote work allowed each year. Compensation includes a salary range of $192,000 - $240,000, contingent on various factors such as location, skills, and experience.
