The Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe (CSCE) invites applications for the Max Kampelman Fellowship, which develops the next generation of American leaders in security policy, human rights, and strategic communications.
The fellowship is open to graduate students, recent undergraduates (within one year of graduation), and in exceptional cases, undergraduates with prior internship experience. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, permanent residents seeking citizenship, refugees, asylees, or owe allegiance to the United States.
Candidates must submit a brief cover letter, resume, writing sample, and optional work samples for Communications Fellows to csce.fellowships@mail.house.gov with the subject line indicating their name and fellowship type.
