Measurement Lead (tvScientific) @Pinterest

Overview

The Measurement Lead for tvScientific at Pinterest will oversee how to quantify, communicate, and optimize the impact of CTV and performance TV investments. This role involves building a measurement framework and collaborating with various teams to turn complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the end-to-end measurement strategy for tvScientific campaigns.
• Design and operationalize standard reporting, experimentation frameworks, and learning agendas for key advertisers.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to analyze performance and package results into compelling narratives for clients.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics on data quality and governance for measurement.
• Create repeatable templates that simplify measurement for customer-facing teams.
• Identify measurement gaps and new opportunities for improvement.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance insight generation and automate reporting.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert for tvScientific measurement and educate Go-To-Market teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years in marketing science, media analytics, or performance measurement.
• Experience with incrementality testing, attribution, and diagnostics for digital/CTV campaigns.
• Strong SQL/Excel skills and familiarity with BI and visualization tools.
• Ability to translate complex results into simple narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, under-resourced environments with an ability to prioritize independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with performance CTV platforms and in retail/e-commerce is a plus.
• Familiarity with privacy and data governance issues is beneficial.

Benefits

This role is remote within the United States, with an in-office collaboration requirement of 1-2 times a year. No relocation assistance is available.
