Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a book of mid-market customers, including exposure to up-market accounts.
• Build strategic advisor relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders.
• Connect platform usage to each customer's business goals, building ROI narratives.
• Apply a consulting approach to account strategy and diagnosing root causes of challenges.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities alongside the Customer Account Manager.
• Monitor changes in the CRM, MarTech, and AI landscape to provide recommendations.
• Lead customer engagement cadence, including check-ins, success planning, and health checks.
• Represent customer feedback to product teams and work cross-functionally to resolve issues.
• Innovate methods of engagement and track account health signals.
• Evaluate personal success based on customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience managing B2B SaaS accounts with a focus on value, adoption, and growth.
• Demonstrated consulting mindset with structured problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to engage C-suite stakeholders and communicate value in business terms.
• Systems thinking skills to map technology, processes, and people.
• Comfort with rapidly changing technology, particularly AI-native products.
• Strong communication abilities for presenting complex ideas simply.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings.
