Overview

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to healthcare and development programmes that directly support underserved communities by managing Programme Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) activities.

Key Responsibilities

Support programme data collection processes.
Maintain monitoring tools, trackers, and reporting formats.
Assist with qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
Identify programme trends and operational gaps.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Cooperate with field teams on reporting timelines.
Support training sessions for field staff.
Suggest practical improvements to strengthen programme implementation.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Statistics, Development Studies, or related disciplines. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of data analysis and interpretation.
Familiarity with M&E tools and frameworks.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data management systems.
Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
