Overview
This role offers an opportunity to contribute to healthcare and development programmes that directly support underserved communities by managing Programme Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support programme data collection processes.
- Maintain monitoring tools, trackers, and reporting formats.
- Assist with qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Identify programme trends and operational gaps.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Cooperate with field teams on reporting timelines.
- Support training sessions for field staff.
- Suggest practical improvements to strengthen programme implementation.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Statistics, Development Studies, or related disciplines. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and interpretation.
- Familiarity with M&E tools and frameworks.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data management systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
