Overview

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems across program portfolios, focusing on Neglected Tropical Diseases.

Key Responsibilities

Design and oversee quantitative and qualitative data collection tools, surveys, and monitoring instruments.
Provide evidence-based recommendations to improve program delivery and outcomes.
Offer technical M&E support to implementing partners and field teams.
Ensure continuous learning and improvement within program portfolios.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Public Health, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
Four to six years of experience in monitoring and evaluation within development programs.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing M&E frameworks for multi-location or multi-stakeholder programs.
