Key Responsibilities

• Creating motion graphics, including product animations and explainer videos.
• Editing and post-production of high-energy videos, focusing on pacing, color, and sound design.
• Developing short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and LinkedIn from long-form materials.
• Participating in video production, including basic lighting and audio setup.
• Experimenting and iterating on creative assets on a daily basis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a creative agency or in-house team within a high-growth environment.
• Experience collaborating on cross-functional creative projects.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and video storytelling.
• Interest in utilizing AI tools to enhance video production workflows.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Production skills are a plus, including camera operation and audio recording.

Benefits

Base compensation ranges from $100,000 to $125,000, based on benchmarks from growth-stage companies and adjusted for function, level, and location.
