    Key Responsibilities

    1. Technical Officer – Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning (Borno)

    • Implement and strengthen M&E systems within the state office
    • Provide guidance to partners on monitoring tools and reporting standards
    • Ensure accurate, timely, and complete data collection and reporting
    • Support quality assurance mechanisms to ensure adherence to SOPs
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve program performance

    2. Senior Technical Officer – PCT (Taraba)

    • Lead implementation of HIV clinical services including ART, PMTCT, HTS, and PrEP
    • Strengthen community-facility linkage and retention in care
    • Support management of opportunistic infections and palliative care
    • Contribute to program strategy, planning, and budgeting
    • Represent AHNi in engagements with donors and government stakeholders

    3. Technical Associate (Anambra – Short-Term Contract)

    • Support HIV prevention, care, and treatment interventions
    • Ensure proper supply chain management of HIV commodities
    • Strengthen HIV testing services (HTS), PrEP, and HIV self-testing (HIVST)
    • Improve case identification, linkage to care, and retention
    • Support data collection, reporting, and program monitoring
    • Facilitate training and capacity-building for healthcare workers

    Requirements

    • MBBS/MD/PhD with 2–4 years, OR
    • MPH/MS/MA with 3–5 years, OR
    • BSc/BA with 5–7 years of relevant M&E experience
    • Strong understanding of HIV/AIDS programs (PMTCT & ART)
    • Familiarity with Nigeria’s public health system and NGOs
