Key Responsibilities

• Power BI Dashboard Development:
• Design and manage dashboards using Power BI and Azure data sources.
• Use DAX to customize and enhance reporting outputs.
• Ensure dashboards meet governance, privacy, and security standards.
• Implement row-level security and ensure compliance with data protection laws.
• Data Analysis & Insights:
• Analyze HR datasets to identify trends, patterns, and workforce insights.
• Track performance against KPIs and business goals.
• Collaborate with HR teams to solve business problems using data.
• Automation & Process Improvement:
• Automate reporting using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Improve data quality and streamline data workflows.
• Manage HR reporting requests using internal systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).

Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years experience in HR data analytics or dashboard development.
• Strong expertise in:
• Power BI
• Power Query
• Microsoft Excel
• Power Automate & Power Apps
• Experience working with HR datasets and reporting systems.
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills.
