Multipro, the sales and distribution arm of Tolaram, is inviting applications for its Graduate Trainee Programme in Nigeria. Multipro operates across all six geopolitical zones with over 14 branches and a workforce of more than 6,000 employees, distributing popular consumer products such as Indomie Noodles, Dano Milk, Power Oil, Kellogg’s Coco Pops, Cornflakes, Moon & Star, Hypo Bleach, Hypo Toilet Cleaner, Colgate Toothpaste & Toothbrushes, Minimie Chinchin, Minimie Noodles, and Addmie.

The Graduate Trainee Programme is aimed at fresh, resourceful, and intelligent graduates who are passionate about building a career in Learning and Capability Development. Trainees will have the opportunity to manage Learning and Development operations across Multipro’s branches in Nigeria, gaining valuable professional experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be a Nigerian graduate with a passion for Learning and Capability Development.
• Fresh graduates in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Must not be older than 26 years as of 1 July 2026.
• Holders of a bachelor’s degree with at least a 2.1 from a reputable university.
• Must have completed the mandatory NYSC programme.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to work independently.

This programme provides an excellent platform for young graduates to develop professional skills, gain exposure to a large multinational FMCG operation, and contribute to a leading organization in the African consumer goods sector.
