💼 National Consultant – Rapid Market Assessment for Girls’ Skills Development & Economic Empowerment
📍 Location: Abuja (Remote/Home-based + Travel to Katsina)
⏳ Contract Duration: 3.5 Months

This consultancy will play a critical role in shaping programs that support adolescent girls by identifying viable economic opportunities and aligning skills development initiatives with real labor market needs.

Who Should Apply?
✔️ Candidates with a Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Education, Gender & Development, or related fields
✔️ At least 8 years of experience in labor market research, skills development, or women/girls empowerment
✔️ Strong background in qualitative & quantitative research
✔️ Experience working with UN agencies or development partners
✔️ Knowledge of Nigeria’s labor market and policy environment
✔️ Fluency in English (Hausa is an added advantage)
