    Overview

    The OGP Transparency Fellowship 2026 is a fully funded international professional development opportunity for mid- to senior-level professionals from Armenia, Moldova, Ukraine, and Georgia, focusing on anti-corruption and open government principles.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Expand professional networks across Eastern Europe.
    • Strengthen knowledge in open government and anti-corruption strategies.
    • Enhance advocacy and reform implementation skills.
    • Facilitate peer exchange and cross-regional collaboration.
    • Connect with the Open Government Partnership global platform.

    Requirements

    • Work in government institutions, civil society organizations, or media.
    • Be based in Armenia, Moldova, Ukraine, or Georgia (civil society and media only in Georgia).
    • Have mid- to senior-level professional experience in anti-corruption, open government, public administration reform, accountability, or citizen engagement.
    • Demonstrate commitment to applying knowledge after returning home.
    • Have strong English proficiency (minimum B2, preferably C1).
    • Exceptional applicants working from exile may also be considered.
