Overview

The Operations Manager role at MultiplyMii involves working full-time with a client, becoming an integral part of their team. You will be responsible for improving operational efficiency and implementing effective systems while receiving robust support from MultiplyMii.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Intelligence: Clean and analyze data, set relevant KPIs, and create dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Project Management: Drive initiatives to completion, manage regular meetings, and maintain accountability across the team.
• Technology Management: Audit and streamline the current software stack, ensuring smooth workflows and data integration.
• AI Implementation: Develop automated tools to enhance productivity and train team members on these tools.
• Workforce and Org Design: Document processes, identify inefficiencies, and restructure roles for lean operations.

Requirements

• Degree in industrial engineering, business, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or a related area.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in project management tools.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Self-starter who can adapt quickly and work independently.
• Reliable home internet, a quiet workspace, and a computer.
