Part-Time Customer Care Specialist @Lucid Motors

Overview

The role of Part-Time Customer Care Specialist at Lucid involves assisting customers with technical issues related to their Lucid Motors vehicle hardware and software. This position allows for a hybrid work schedule, providing flexibility on Fridays and Saturdays based on individual performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling customer support cases through phone, email, SMS, and chat inquiries.
• Responding to customer concerns with urgency and ownership for resolutions.
• Updating tech tips and maintaining the company knowledge base.
• Evaluating troubleshooting processes and assessing compatibility with existing systems.
• Improving existing processes by reviewing proposed changes and making recommendations.
• Testing system functionality to ensure optimal operation of Lucid vehicle components.
• Creating and maintaining customer relationships through credibility and expert product knowledge.
• Ensuring data integrity and privacy by accurately using systems to keep information secure.

Requirements

• Availability to work weekends with flexible schedules to support customers year-round.
• Mandatory full-time attendance during a 3-week training period.
• 2+ years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to excellent customer experience.
• Strong communication and technical comprehension skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to navigate ambiguity in high-volume environments.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite and related communication tools.
• Familiarity with Mac OS.
• Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, or holidays.
• Automotive industry or Electric Vehicle (EV) experience is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., Canadian French, Spanish) is a plus.
