    Overview

    The Partner Commercial Success Manager/Senior Manager at Neo4j is responsible for developing commercial collateral, adapting sales and technical content for IBM audiences, and delivering training directly to IBM's sales and technical teams. This role plays a vital part in translating Neo4j product knowledge into IBM-ready materials and serves as the primary enablement contact for IBM field teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own IBM<>Neo4j sales collateral structure and content.
    • Build and maintain a scalable IBM enablement curriculum including training materials, webinars, and documentation.
    • Adapt Neo4j content for IBM audiences, covering product knowledge, technical skills, tools/platforms, and business processes.
    • Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to keep content accurate and high-quality.
    • Deliver/manage training, hands-on workshops, and tailored partner sessions.
    • Align training with go-to-market and revenue priorities, and develop playbooks/collateral for effective partner selling.
    • Track partner engagement and enablement effectiveness; document sessions and share insights with internal stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or training roles within enterprise software or SaaS.
    • Experience designing and delivering enablement content for external audiences, not solely for internal teams.
    • Direct experience enabling global systems integrators or hyperscaler alliances; experience with IBM is a plus.
    • Strong facilitation and presentation skills; comfortable leading workshops for both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Ability to translate complex technical content into clear enablement materials.
    • Collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing and Sales Enablement.
    • Strong program and project management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience with enablement or LMS platforms and content-authoring tools.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.

    Benefits

    The annual base salary range for this position in the United States is $190,000 — $200,000 USD. US employees are eligible for stock option grants and annual bonuses, as well as benefits including medical, dental, and vision, 401(k), paid time off, and certain leaves of absence.
