    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement policy strategies aligned with global sustainability goals.
    • Lead engagement with governments, policymakers, and international institutions.
    • Represent the organization at global forums, conferences, and policy discussions.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Create high-quality policy briefs, reports, and advocacy materials.
    • Translate complex international policy frameworks into actionable insights.
    • Identify impactful opportunities within global processes such as UN conventions and G20 discussions.
    • Monitor global policy trends and provide strategic recommendations.
    • Analyze political landscapes to identify advocacy opportunities.
    • Anticipate risks and emerging policy developments.
    • Strengthen partnerships with organizations and coalitions.
    • Support collaboration across a global network.
    • Manage and mentor team members.
    • Oversee project delivery and team performance.
    • Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive work culture.

    Requirements

    • Master’s degree in political science, environmental management, economics, or a related field.
    • Proven experience influencing policy at governmental or international levels.
    • Strong understanding of global policy frameworks (e.g., UN processes, WTO, G20).
    • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
    • Ability to manage projects independently and deliver results.
    • Experience in sustainability, biodiversity, or climate policy (preferred).
    • Background working with businesses or multi-stakeholder coalitions (preferred).
    • Team management experience (preferred).

    Benefits
