Requirements

• Deep expertise in AI/ML infrastructure and distributed systems with hands-on experience.
• Strong technical judgment with proficiency in C++, Java, or Rust.
• Proven leadership in cross-organizational initiatives and defining technical strategy.
• Strong ownership of engineering quality, integrity, and accountability.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $242,634 — $499,541 USD and is eligible for equity. Additional benefits information can be found on Pinterest’s culture and benefits page.

Location

This role is remote but requires in-person collaboration 1-2 times per quarter in commutable distance from Palo Alto, CA or San Francisco, CA. US-based applicants only.
