    Overview

    • Define and manage the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ITDR function within Elastic Security.

    • Drive response and containment strategies using identity-system integrations.
    • Engage with enterprise customers to understand requirements for identity attacks.
    • Work with the design team to create investigation and response experiences emphasizing identity.
    • Maintain a deep knowledge of the identity-security market and trends.
    • Evangelize Elastic's identity capabilities through various content formats.

    Requirements

    • 10+ years of experience in product management for security products (e.g., SIEM, XDR, identity security).
    • Deep knowledge of identity-based attack techniques and relevant technologies (e.g., Active Directory, SSO).
    • Fluency in non-human identities such as service accounts and AI agents.
    • Technical comprehension of AI/ML and its applications in product environments.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead across organizations and align stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex concepts effectively.
    • Strong focus on customer needs and industry trends.
