    Overview

    The role involves being the primary product voice for Elastic Security's most strategic enterprise customers. The Principal Product Manager will manage enhancement requests, prioritize them effectively, and serve as a liaison between Elastic Security’s product organization and its enterprise accounts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own the enhancement request pipeline across multiple strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring requests are prioritized and responded to promptly.
    • Translate customer requirements into delivered products by synthesizing input from accounts into coherent product direction.
    • Identify patterns in customer requests and shape them into formal partnerships for product design.
    • Influence core product roadmaps based on validated customer patterns.
    • Serve as the primary product voice in meetings with senior customer stakeholders.
    • Use structured frameworks to prioritize customer-sourced requirements.
    • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to clarify requirements.
    • Support deal cycles and navigate contractual expectations versus internal roadmap.
    • Create visibility artifacts for customers and internal stakeholders.
    • Advocate for customer needs while balancing the broader market considerations.

    Requirements

    • 7–10 years of product management experience, including at least 4 years in B2B enterprise software.
    • Hands-on knowledge with SIEM, SOAR, XDR or other security operations platforms.
    • Experience managing structured enhancement request pipelines.
    • Comfort interacting with executive-level customer stakeholders.
    • Strong technical credibility and ability to write actionable specifications for engineering.
    • Ability to lead across multiple functions such as Product, Sales, and Engineering.
    • Structured thinking with a proactive approach to work management.
    • Experience utilizing AI tools in product management workflows.
    • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

    Location
