Overview

The role involves being the primary product voice for Elastic Security's most strategic enterprise customers. The Principal Product Manager will manage enhancement requests and work at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to build strong relationships and influence product direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the enhancement request pipeline across multiple strategic enterprise accounts.
• Translate customer requirements into shipped products and synthesize input into a coherent product direction.
• Turn input from strategic accounts into successful products and ensure capabilities benefit the wider market.
• Serve as the primary product voice in meetings with senior customer stakeholders.
• Prioritize customer-sourced requirements and use structured frameworks for decision-making.
• Partner with product and engineering leads to write actionable requirements.
• Navigate customer expectations against the internal roadmap.
• Create artifacts for visibility such as roadmap trackers and enhancement request dashboards.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of product management experience with B2B enterprise software.
• Hands-on security domain knowledge, especially with SIEM, SOAR, and XDR platforms.
• Experience managing enhancement request pipelines across multiple enterprise accounts.
• Strong executive presence and technical credibility.
• Cross-functional leadership and influence within matrixed organizations.
• Structured thinking and a bias for closure.
• Comfortable using AI-augmented tools for workflow management.
• Excellent communication skills.
