Key Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction for major initiatives across the Serverless control plane.
• Lead multi-quarter projects with cross-team dependencies.
• Design, build, and evolve distributed systems for managing Serverless projects.
• Raise the operational bar by leading incident investigations and participating in on-call rotations.
• Mentor team members and uphold standards for software development.
• Advise product management and engineering stakeholders on technical trade-offs and roadmap direction.
• Identify improvements to security, stability, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience, particularly in complex distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes and cloud-native architecture.
• Proficiency in Go and experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Experience operating high-availability SaaS platforms and improving reliability over time.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to changing project priorities.
• Clear communication skills to influence across multiple teams.
