Key Responsibilities

• Ensure robust performance benchmarks and regression detection.

• Mentor and coach other engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Java internals and JVM memory management.
• Experience in profiling and optimizing distributed systems and benchmarking tools.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems architecture and scaling challenges.
• Proven track record with AI or advanced tooling for optimization and debugging.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage priorities effectively.
