• Experience in collaborative development, including giving and receiving feedback on code.
• Familiarity with various data storage technologies like Elasticsearch, Solr, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Track record of using AI to improve development and optimize code.
• Capability to collaborate across teams and projects based on business priorities.
