Product Design Intern (2027) @Figma

Overview

Figma is expanding its team of creative professionals to make design accessible to all. As a Product Design Intern, you will work collaboratively on real projects from ideation to execution, contributing meaningfully to both the company and the product.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design process from start to finish for impactful features.
• Collaborate with product, research, and marketing to identify user and business needs.
• Work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Participate in weekly design critiques.

Requirements

• Demonstrated baseline in visual design and/or interaction design skills.
• Experience in shipping projects with good product strategy and visual design.
• Ability to express ideas through prototyping and code.
• Eagerness to learn and a self-starting initiative.

Benefits

• $46 per hour.
• Housing stipend and travel reimbursement.

Location

This internship can be based out of Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices.
