• Experience in service design involving multiple stakeholders and journey mapping.
• Judgment to evaluate AI outputs intelligently.
• Comfort with ambiguity and problem framing.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across different teams.

Benefits

Gusto offers competitive compensation packages with an emphasis on equity-based compensation. Salary range for this position is $146,000 to $183,000 in most remote locations. In New York, the range is $177,000 to $222,000. Final offers depend on various factors including candidate experience.

Remote within the United States with potential office expectations in designated locations such as New York City.
