Product Trainer @Hootsuite

Overview

The role of Product Trainer involves training customers on Hootsuite and Talkwalker products while being a key member of the customer journey. This position is remote or hybrid, specifically for applicants located in Mexico City, Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs through sessions with cross-functional teams and direct calls with customers.
• Schedule training sessions and prepare by reviewing customer accounts and preparing materials.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of training materials.
• Create and present engaging live webinar training sessions on Hootsuite products.
• Deliver onsite training sessions, usually half-day, with necessary travel.
• Update the project plan with training updates and summaries.
• Meet individual customer satisfaction targets by delivering customized training sessions.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Practical experience in delivering training, ideally in the tech/SaaS industry.
• Strong presentation skills, both in person and online.
• A proven ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to set and manage customer expectations effectively.
• Quick learner of new skills and technologies.
• Bilingual in French and English is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving and project management skills.
