    Overview

    The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) is currently recruiting a Program Coordinator for its Global Food and Water Security Program (GFWSP). This role focuses on addressing critical global challenges related to food systems, water access, and sustainability.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate public and private events, including seminars, briefings, and meetings.
    • Develop and track project workplans, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Manage relationships with external stakeholders and partners.
    • Oversee programme budgets, including revenue and expenditure tracking.
    • Support fundraising efforts and proposal development.
    • Assist in drafting project agreements and monitoring funding pipelines.
    • Maintain and update contact databases using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
    • Manage calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements for programme leadership.
    • Coordinate internal and external communications.
    • Monitor global trends and developments in food and water security.
    • Provide background research and analytical support.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Public Policy, Political Science, or a related discipline.
    • 1–2 years of relevant experience (including internships).
    • Demonstrated interest in food and water security issues.
    • Strong project management and multitasking ability.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

    Benefits

    • Salary range: $55,000 – $60,000.
