Overview
UNDP is seeking a skilled Multimedia Content Creator for a short-term assignment to support its private sector fundraising initiatives through compelling visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a unified visual identity for fundraising campaigns
- Design infographics, social media templates, and visual assets for digital outreach
- Produce short-form videos, animations, explainer videos, and motion graphics for campaigns and social media platforms
- Source and organize photography and footage from field operations and partner libraries
- Deliver editable source files for future adaptation
- Translate campaign concepts into cohesive visual narratives and assets
- Collaborate with teams to ensure visual assets align with campaign messages and audience segmentation
- Support rapid response visual production for seasonal and emergency campaigns
- Assess engagement metrics and feedback to optimize visual content
- Prepare alternative creative versions based on performance data
- Maintain an archive of campaign assets and lessons learned
- Ensure content complies with technical, accessibility, and digital standards
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in graphic design, art, or related fields with 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of relevant experience in multimedia content creation
- Proven experience in graphic design and multimedia production, including video editing
- Demonstrated ability to produce visual assets for digital platforms and fundraising campaigns
- Portfolio showcasing at least 3 complete campaigns with examples of videos, social media posts, and graphics
- Knowledge of UN branding standards and visual identity guidelines is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of French and/or Arabic is an asset
