Program Manager @Neuromatch

Overview

Neuromatch is hiring a Program Manager to lead its Impact Scholars Program and support global career development initiatives in a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of the Impact Scholars Program for approximately 70 scholars per cohort.
• Manage application review, selection, onboarding, and mentor matching.
• Organize workshops, training sessions, and events.
• Oversee program communications and outreach.
• Collect feedback and impact data for program improvement.
• Build partnerships with organizations like Meta and the International Brain Laboratory.
• Support coordination of Neuromatch initiatives such as MEXA and AI Sentience Scholars.
• Maintain operational systems for program consistency and quality.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master’s, PhD, or equivalent) in computational science, neuroscience, AI, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, research support, or fellowship management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience supporting workshops or training initiatives.
• Interest in interdisciplinary research and global health.
• Ability to work in remote, international teams.

Benefits

• Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 USD (adjusted for cost of living).
