Overview
Neuromatch is hiring a Program Manager to lead its Impact Scholars Program and support global career development initiatives in a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and delivery of the Impact Scholars Program for approximately 70 scholars per cohort.
- Manage application review, selection, onboarding, and mentor matching.
- Organize workshops, training sessions, and events.
- Oversee program communications and outreach.
- Collect feedback and impact data for program improvement.
- Build partnerships with organizations like Meta and the International Brain Laboratory.
- Support coordination of Neuromatch initiatives such as MEXA and AI Sentience Scholars.
- Maintain operational systems for program consistency and quality.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master’s, PhD, or equivalent) in computational science, neuroscience, AI, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, research support, or fellowship management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience supporting workshops or training initiatives.
- Interest in interdisciplinary research and global health.
- Ability to work in remote, international teams.
