Overview

The Digital Impact Alliance (DIAL) is seeking a Program Manager, Country Engagement to lead and coordinate a dynamic portfolio of country programs across Africa.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day management of multiple country programs.
Identify cross-project synergies to maximize value for partners.
Lead or support development of project scopes, workplans, and timelines.
Ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget.
Track deliverables and proactively address risks and delays.
Coordinate effectively across teams and clarify roles and responsibilities.
Maintain tracking systems and provide status updates to senior leadership.
Synthesize lessons learned and support reporting requirements.
Monitor program budgets and ensure compliance with financial policies.
Support the development of program management systems and tools.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in international development, public policy, or related field preferred.
5–7 years of experience in international development.
3–5 years in program management of international development projects.
Strong planning, coordination, and operational management skills.
Experience working across remote teams and time zones.
Fluency in English; French proficiency is a plus.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
