Glide Media Foundation is recruiting a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Program Officer. This is a full-time role based in Abuja.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and implementing programmes that support media storytelling and community initiatives.
Developing and editing stories, reports, and updates that reflect programme impact.
Working closely with media partners, community groups, and other stakeholders.
Tracking programme progress and evaluating outcomes.
Managing projects in collaboration with teams and partners.
Preparing proposals, reports, and updates for donors.
Identifying opportunities to strengthen programmes and expand reach.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Development Communication, Social Work, Journalism, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience.
Strong journalism background or experience in a newsroom preferred.
Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
Ability to manage programmes and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and clarity in communication.
Passion for driving social impact.
