Overview

UNICEF Digital Impact is seeking a Programme Manager (Digital Inclusion) to support initiatives aimed at advocating for policy and infrastructure change to ensure children have access to safe, affordable, and resilient digital networks.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee multiple projects and pilots, ensuring timely delivery and resource management.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Act as a key link between internal teams and external partners.
Facilitate effective communication and alignment among diverse stakeholders.
Convert technical data and insights into compelling advocacy narratives.
Conduct feasibility studies and technical scoping for new initiatives.
Monitor and report on advocacy impact against KPIs.
Produce progress updates and identify patterns or gaps to improve strategies.

Requirements

Master’s degree in public policy, international development, engineering, information systems, economics, or related fields; or a first-level degree with two additional years of relevant experience.
Minimum of 5 years in programme/project management, focusing on technology, digital inclusion, connectivity, or advocacy.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Experience in data, digital tools, or technology platforms.
Fluent in English (required); fluent in Spanish and French (desirable).
