Overview

This opportunity offers a role as a Programs Lead with HuMENA for Human Rights and Civic Engagement, focused on supporting operational growth and program delivery in the MENA region. It is a full-time, remote position structured as a 12-month consultancy contract, renewable based on performance and funding.

Eligibility

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in program coordination or operations
• At least 3 years in roles requiring independent decision-making
• Experience working with MENA-focused civil society or human rights organizations
• Fluency in Arabic and strong professional English
• Proven ability to develop systems and manage complex workflows
