    Overview

    This position offers an opportunity to support the Global Evidence Advisory Panel on Skills (GEAPS), a flagship initiative focused on workforce development in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). It is a full-time, mid-level role within an international research environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support systematic review processes including literature searches, screening, and data extraction.
    • Conduct cost-effectiveness and heterogeneity analysis.
    • Compile grey literature and maintain an organized research database.
    • Draft summaries, background papers, and inputs for expert review.
    • Contribute to flagship reports, policy briefs, and blogs.
    • Identify evidence gaps and highlight scalable interventions.
    • Organize meetings for Secretariat, Expert Panel, and Steering Committee.
    • Prepare agendas, materials, and meeting minutes.
    • Support onboarding and engagement tracking of panel members.
    • Coordinate logistics, including travel and events.
    • Manage blog series scheduling and coordination.
    • Support workshops, consultations, and dissemination events.
    • Liaise with regional and in-country partners in LMICs.
    • Maintain web and social media content for GEAPS.
    • Assist with funder reporting and communications.

    Requirements

    • Master’s degree in economics, public policy, international development, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
    • Strong background in research, literature reviews, or evidence synthesis.
    • Experience in quantitative analysis using tools such as Stata, R, or Julia.
    • Excellent written communication skills for policy audiences.
    • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks simultaneously.

    Benefits

    Salary range: $65,600 – $72,000 (US) or £46,725 – £51,187 (UK) annually, with a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, retirement contributions, and paid leave. A hybrid work model is required.

    Location

    Remote, with the option to work from Washington, DC or London.
