Regional Manager, Behaviour Change @Splash

Overview

This role offers the opportunity to lead and implement behaviour change programs across multiple African countries, focusing on improving child health and hygiene through innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide the design and direction of behaviour change programs across the region.
• Provide technical guidance to country teams.
• Work closely with NGOs and government partners.
• Contribute to ongoing program design processes.
• Collaborate with monitoring and evaluation teams to improve programme performance.
• Represent the organization in technical forums and conferences.
• Oversee behaviour change program delivery across multiple countries.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Public Health, Behavioural Science, Psychology, or related fields.
• 7-10 years of experience in behaviour change programs in Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Strong understanding of behaviour change frameworks.
• Familiarity with WASH, education, or public health programmes.
