Supply Chain Technical Assistant @Malaria Consortium

Overview

This role offers technical support for the supply chain management of Azithromycin Mass Drug Administration (MDA) commodities at the state level. The candidate will ensure efficient logistics operations and strengthen programme implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly stock assessments.
• Support microplanning and quantification of commodities.
• Manage distribution plans and coordinate reverse logistics after MDA cycles.
• Monitor deliveries and identify discrepancies.
• Facilitate pharmacovigilance reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely logistics reporting.
• Collaborate with monitoring and evaluation teams to reconcile data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in supply chain and logistics management.
• Familiarity with national supply chain systems, including LMIS and MCLS.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and planning abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within local contexts.
• Residency in Jigawa State, with knowledge of local terrain and culture.
• Ability to communicate in local languages.
