    Overview

    The Carbon Project Manager position offers an opportunity to lead and design high-integrity carbon projects, ensuring they are investment-ready and sustainable under the Natural Climate Solutions Accelerator (NCSA).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver project milestones on time and within scope.
    • Support development of carbon project documentation (PDDs) and prepare projects for validation and external investment.
    • Coordinate stakeholders across global and regional teams.
    • Strengthen the Business Incubator programme by enhancing tools, curriculum, and systems that support carbon enterprises.
    • Monitor project performance, manage budgets, and facilitate stakeholder communication.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
    • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience or equivalent leadership role.
    • Strong communication, presentation skills, and experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
    • Knowledge of carbon markets, climate finance, and sustainability initiatives.
