Overview

The Carbon Project Manager position offers an opportunity to lead and design high-integrity carbon projects, ensuring they are investment-ready and sustainable under the Natural Climate Solutions Accelerator (NCSA).

Key Responsibilities

Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver project milestones on time and within scope.
Support development of carbon project documentation (PDDs) and prepare projects for validation and external investment.
Coordinate stakeholders across global and regional teams.
Strengthen the Business Incubator programme by enhancing tools, curriculum, and systems that support carbon enterprises.
Monitor project performance, manage budgets, and facilitate stakeholder communication.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Minimum of 2 years of project management experience or equivalent leadership role.
Strong communication, presentation skills, and experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Knowledge of carbon markets, climate finance, and sustainability initiatives.
