    A growing organization, Credisure, is seeking a Customer Support and Onboarding Intern to join its Customer Experience team. This is a remote opportunity designed for individuals interested in building a career in customer support, client engagement, or community management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the first point of contact for customers across channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
    • Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Engage and follow up with leads.
    • Make outbound calls to provide information and support conversions.
    • Onboard new users to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
    • Track customer interactions and feedback to improve service delivery.
    • Collaborate with the team to enhance processes and overall customer experience.

    Requirements

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Comfortable engaging customers through calls and digital platforms.
    • Basic understanding of social media tools.
    • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Willingness to learn.
    • Prior experience in customer support, sales, or community management is a plus.
    • Interest in technology or startups is advantageous.
