A growing organization, Credisure, is seeking a Customer Support and Onboarding Intern to join its Customer Experience team. This is a remote opportunity designed for individuals interested in building a career in customer support, client engagement, or community management.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers across channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage and follow up with leads.
- Make outbound calls to provide information and support conversions.
- Onboard new users to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Track customer interactions and feedback to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance processes and overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable engaging customers through calls and digital platforms.
- Basic understanding of social media tools.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in customer support, sales, or community management is a plus.
- Interest in technology or startups is advantageous.
