Key Responsibilities

Coordinate multi-country research projects and initiatives
Produce high-quality research outputs (reports, briefs, concept notes)
Manage publication processes including peer review and dissemination
Organize meetings, workshops, and collaborative activities
Engage with global stakeholders and research partners
Support institutional planning and strategic research development
Contribute to partnerships and global policy dialogues

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Political Science, Economics, or related fields
At least 3 years of experience in research or policy-related roles
Strong analytical, writing, and coordination skills
Experience managing research projects or initiatives
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to work across time zones (minimum 5-hour overlap with UTC+5:30)
