    This program offers a full-time remote role as a Social Media Coordinator to support the global social media presence of The Nature Conservancy (TNC) while engaging a worldwide audience around conservation and environmental action.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Planning, scheduling, and publishing content across flagship social channels.
    • Maintaining and updating the social media content calendar.
    • Making real-time publishing decisions based on trends and performance insights.
    • Sourcing, organizing, and editing content from internal teams.
    • Repurposing high-performing content for additional reach.
    • Drafting social copy and sourcing assets for timely posts.
    • Coordinating content across departments and campaigns.
    • Monitoring and responding to comments, replies, and direct messages.
    • Tracking social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
    • Using platforms such as Sprout Social, Canva, and Asana.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
    • At least 2 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
    • Experience organizing and coordinating projects.
    • Experience proofreading and editing business documents.

    Benefits

    Competitive salary ranging from $27.88 – $40.42 per hour for candidates in the U.S., with actual compensation varying based on qualifications and experience.
