- Maintain a rolling 90–120-day forecast and analyze renewal data to identify trends and risks.
- Engage decision-makers early to understand budget cycles and potential blockers.
- Proactively identify risk signals and partner with various teams to navigate complex situations.
- Develop and present tailored pricing and packaging proposals to customers.
- Articulate Mixpanel's value and defend against competitive pressures during negotiations.
- Contribute to renewal process improvements and help build scalable playbooks for the team.
Requirements
- A track record of quota achievement in a renewals, account management, or sales role in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience negotiating contracts with commercial and procurement stakeholders.
- Ability to manage a high-volume book of business while ensuring forecast accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Comfort with ARR data, churn signals, and renewal metrics for prioritization decisions.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Sales Ops.
