Overview

This opportunity offers individuals the chance to work as Research Assistants/Enumerators under the Immunisation Accelerator Project funded by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and implemented in collaboration with Save the Children International (SCI). The initiative aims to improve immunisation outcomes for Zero-Dose children in Jigawa State.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in mandatory training sessions.
Conduct interviews using approved tools.
Administer questionnaires through electronic data collection platforms.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of data and field reports.
Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality.
Collaborate closely with supervisors and project staff.
Report any challenges encountered during fieldwork.

Eligibility

Applicants must possess at least a First Degree in relevant disciplines such as Public Health, Community Health, Nursing, Epidemiology, Statistics, Social Sciences, or other related fields. Previous experience as a Research Assistant, Data Collector, or Enumerator is required, with preference given to candidates with backgrounds in health-related surveys or immunisation projects. Proficiency in electronic data collection tools and fluency in the Hausa language are desirable.
