    Overview

    This opportunity offers individuals the chance to work as Research Assistants/Enumerators under the Immunisation Accelerator Project funded by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and implemented in collaboration with Save the Children International (SCI). The initiative aims to improve immunisation outcomes for Zero-Dose children in Jigawa State.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Participate in mandatory training sessions.
    • Conduct interviews using approved tools.
    • Administer questionnaires through electronic data collection platforms.
    • Ensure accurate and timely submission of data and field reports.
    • Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality.
    • Collaborate closely with supervisors and project staff.
    • Report any challenges encountered during fieldwork.

    Eligibility

    Applicants must possess at least a First Degree in relevant disciplines such as Public Health, Community Health, Nursing, Epidemiology, Statistics, Social Sciences, or other related fields. Previous experience as a Research Assistant, Data Collector, or Enumerator is required, with preference given to candidates with backgrounds in health-related surveys or immunisation projects. Proficiency in electronic data collection tools and fluency in the Hausa language are desirable.
